New to yoga?  We have several class options appropriate for everyone.


Beginner classes are powerful, learning experiences in which you will rediscover your body, how it works, and what it can do. All beginner classes are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga postures (asanas) and forms of  yogic breathing (pranayama).  Learn how to sequence breath and movements together, and become familiar with the connection to your physical and energetic body. Level 1 classes are also appropriate class if you have an injury, are feeling low-energy or are pregnant.

Suitable for students transitioning from yoga basics and gentler classes. Begin to learn the fundamentals of vinyasa/flow, synchronizing breath and movement as well as focusing on technique and alignment of standing postures.

Level 2 classes are designed to take you to the intermediate level where you will expand on your strength, stamina and flexibility as you master more advanced postures (inversions, backbends) and more demanding sequences. Level 2 classes will help take your practice to a whole new level.

LEVEL 2-3. The pace of these classes is generally faster emphasizing strength, stamina, and mindfulness. Should have a solid foundation of sun salutations and basic standing postures as well as inversions and backbends.  Practice exciting, physically demanding and challenging sequences and variations. Deepen your practice as well as your connection to your physical and energetic body.  We recommend you have a year of Yoga under your mat before you join 2-3 classes.
