Belly Dancing

This program introduces the fundamental movements of Middle Eastern Belly Dancing. With a step by step instruction on how to properly execute upper and lower body movements associated with Belly Dancing. As you get comfortable with the moves, we will develop speed and expression as you learn Hip Drops, Shimmies, Half Turns and Undulations. We combine these steps with graceful hand and shoulder movements and create exciting choreography.
