Join Gina Guffey this Summer on Tuesdays at 5:45 for Yoga for Strength & Flexibility with Rope Wall. We will work on traditional yoga postures to improve strength and balance and do work at the Rope Wall to improve both strength, flexibility & balance. Learn the basics of rope wall work. Class will be suitable for all levels.
