Silence. The Matrix of Being and Becoming- Meditation Retreat in June 24-30, 2018


In some of the most ancient texts was held a perspective that Silence has a three-fold quality of sound (seen and unseen) to it. Yet, the connotation of silence in our modern world is moving away from sound, which can leave us feeling uncertain and, at times, fearful of cultivating the inner resting into Silence.

Join Kimberly Braun and Ann Hunt of Evolve Yoga + Wellness in June, 2018 for a week-long meditation retreat encountering the beauty of your soul. Yoga and mindful movement will be offered as a compliment to the meditation practices, held on the beautiful campus of St. Mary’s College of Maryland June 24-29, 2018.

This immersion will open us to new ways to understand and experience ourselves in Silence. To touch Source at our core and live from that place more consistently in every part of our lives. The week will impart new inspiration, deep experience of the beauty of your soul, ways to dissolve, fear, and bright opportunities to walk into your life in new ways!

Retreat Offerings:

  • Deep Group Meditation Practices will be introduced including the Essence Meditation technique, Mantra, Breath, Heartbeat, Taoist Chakra, Vipassana, Lectio Divina and more…
  • Reflection exercises to integrate what is experienced in the meditation and the teaching
  • Exploration of Silence as Awareness, and Consciousness. A place or field wherein we live and move and have out being
  • Techniques for cultivating our ability to Enter silence and be present through a number of meditation and contemplative forms
  • Application for integrating the boundless parts of ourselves (Self) with the individuality (self) in daily life.

Included in the price of the retreat:

  • Recording of all the talks and meditations

  • ONE FREE PRIVATE SESSION DURING THE RETREAT.

  • Tuition, room and 3 healthy meals daily: $1250 ($600 for room & meals + $650 for tuition);
