NEW Classes Coming to Evolve this Fall!

Evolve Yoga + Wellness is excited to announce the addition of some wonderful classes to our schedule starting this fall! AND something fun in the works (details below)!

Yoga & Chant with Gina and Chip Guffey, the second Tuesday of every month from 7:30 to 8:30 starting September 12th! During the first part of the class, Gina will guide you through a flow of yoga postures. Chip will then lead you in an easily accessible practice of chanting. Class will close with a silent meditation.

Family Yoga Class starting back up on Saturdays.  Join Kathy Therrien from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a playful yoga class that allows children ages 3-6 to share a yoga practice with a parent or caregiver. Have fun with yoga poses, breathing techniques, cooperative games, engaging stories and songs! Yoga mats are provided, or you can bring your own.

Gentle Yoga with Cathy Simpson Monday mornings.  Join Cathy Simpson, RYT-500 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for a slower-paced practice that will help you release tension and tightness, relax fully and connect to your breath. Modifications and variations will be provided and props will be used to help you access the postures.

Tuesday Advanced Beginner is Getting an Upgrade! Starting Tuesday, September 19th, the afternoon Advanced Beginner is changing to Warm Vinyasa Flow Basics. This class will now be lightly heated (about 85 degrees), so bring a towel and a bottle of water!
