Self-Awakening Yoga Therapeutic Essentials 100 Hour Training with Janel Schullo, June 25 – July 8, 2017

Self-Awakening Yoga has been called a miraculous returning home to the wisdom of the body. In this 100-hour teacher training you will learn to teach the fundamentals of Self-Awakening Yoga, from accessible movement, to mindful awareness. You will gain non-authoritarian teaching skills to help others unravel muscular tension, experience new ranges of motion, and recover natural movement.

Tuition:  $1,850 before June 15th  /  $2000 after June 16   $500 deposit will hold your space.
